As the Technical Director for the Caritas Association in Hagen, you will be responsible for the technical infrastructure and building management of approximately 40 facilities, including elderly care homes, daycare centers, and family centers. You will lead a team of ten professionals, overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects, maintenance measures, and construction renovations. Your role is critical in ensuring safe and functional environments for people of all ages by optimizing technical systems and processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in a relevant technical field or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., Master Craftsman or Technician).
Experience

- Extensive technical expertise in electrical, sanitary, heating, and ventilation systems
- Experience with building-related fire protection and alarm systems
- Experience in maintenance and renovation planning for large-scale facilities
