Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing assembly operations for medium voltage switchgear systems at SPIE SAG GmbH. As a Lead Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the technical management and organization of construction sites, coordinating schedules with project stakeholders, and leading internal assembly teams and subcontractors. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of administrative oversight and active hands-on participation in installation, maintenance, and commissioning tasks. You will work closely with project management to ensure all health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards are met while maintaining accurate documentation.
