Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing assembly operations for medium voltage switchgear systems at SPIE SAG GmbH. As a Lead Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the technical management and organization of construction sites, coordinating schedules with project stakeholders, and leading internal assembly teams and subcontractors. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of administrative oversight and active hands-on participation in installation, maintenance, and commissioning tasks. You will work closely with project management to ensure all health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards are met while maintaining accurate documentation. This position is ideal for an experienced electrician with leadership ambitions who enjoys regional travel across Brandenburg and Saxony. Required Skills

Education
