This role involves the end-to-end technical support of high-end LED video wall systems for an international client base. As a Service Technician, you will spend approximately 80% of your time traveling globally to handle the professional installation, cabling, and commissioning of video displays. When not on-site, you will spend roughly 20% of your time at the Nuremberg headquarters preparing project materials, testing equipment, and optimizing production processes. Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting complex electronic faults, and documenting service reports to ensure quality standards.
