Job Summary

As the Technical Director for Ritter von Kempski Private Hotels, you will oversee the entire technical infrastructure of the Naturresort & Spa Schindelbruch and the Hotel & Spa Suiten FreiWerk. Your daily responsibilities include managing a team of 8 to 10 technicians, coordinating maintenance and repair schedules, and ensuring the seamless operation of all building systems, grounds, and technical equipment. You will be responsible for technical project management, fleet maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all safety and legal regulations.
