Job Summary

This role at Pentair Südmo involves the comprehensive development and management of electronic and embedded systems for the food and beverage industry. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for planning and controlling development projects, defining project milestones, and managing budgets and timelines. You will lead interdisciplinary teams of up to five members, ensuring that quality and cost targets are met while also maintaining and evolving software for existing products. A significant portion of the role includes troubleshooting, implementing Root Cause Countermeasure (RCCM) actions, and administering layout and version management tools. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a technical mechanical engineering environment
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and controlling development projects including economic calculations
  • Professional experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams (up to 5 employees)
  • Experience in software maintenance and development for existing technical products
  • Experience with layout tools, IDE tools, and software versioning
