Job Summary

This role involves the mechanical, electromechanical, and optical development of complex optronic and mechatronic products. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for creating system architectures, standardizing engineering processes, and coordinating interdisciplinary teams across multiple locations. Your day-to-day will include managing requirements, reviewing development results, and troubleshooting systems to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will also oversee the transition from prototype to series production, including the planning and execution of qualification tests. Required Skills

  • Extensive practical experience with the V-Model and agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in controlling product development processes including PLM and Quality Gates.
  • Demonstrated experience working with national and international customers.
  • Professional experience in manufacturing and assembly processes.
