Job Summary

As a Test System Engineer at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the technical lifecycle of sophisticated test systems within a family-owned engineering and IT powerhouse. Your daily activities will involve modifying, maintaining, and servicing existing test systems, as well as overseeing the manufacturing and acceptance processes of systems provided by external suppliers. You will play a critical role in advancing standard hardware and software test systems across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operations from the prototype phase through to serial production. This role is highly technical, requiring you to perform Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and support the calibration of complex equipment. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the operation and maintenance of technical test systems
  • Experience in conducting and improving Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
  • Practical experience with hardware and software test environments such as LabVIEW or MATLAB
  • Experience overseeing manufacturing and acceptance processes for external system suppliers
  • Experience in system development across prototype and series production phases
