Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer in Customer Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational excellence of complex technological solutions. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing and resolving system malfunctions through both remote maintenance and direct on-site interventions. You will serve as a technical escalation point for 1st-level support and collaborate closely with Development and Quality Management departments to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating technical documentation, including maintenance manuals and repair checklists. Required Skills
