Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical or energy technology with further qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman, or a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering, specifically in the construction and operation of renewable energy plants
  • Experience in creating calculation models for power supply networks and energy consumers
  • Proven track record in determining energy metrics and conducting profitability calculations for investment projects
  • Practical experience using simulation software such as MATLAB/Simulink or Polysun and grid calculation tools like PowerFactory
  • Experience in cross-departmental collaboration with technical, sales, and project development teams
