As an IT Support Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, managing the full lifecycle of incidents and service requests through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Your daily activities will involve performing remote support and on-site 'walk-to-desk' services to resolve standard technical issues. You will be responsible for maintaining knowledge databases, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and coordinating with external hardware repair providers.
