Job Summary

As a Technical Consultant in Mannheim, you will serve as the primary point of contact for digital banking and corporate portal support, bridging the gap between technical solutions and client needs. Your daily responsibilities include managing EBICS, eCash, and E-Commerce systems, while handling customer inquiries via phone and email. You will be responsible for the administration of corporate portal systems, ticket management, and the installation of EC terminals. Beyond standard support, you will act as an innovation driver, overseeing the implementation and quality assurance of new digital tools like voicebots and chatbots. This role offers a dynamic environment with a mix of technical administration and high-level customer service. Required Skills

Education

Degree as a Banking Specialist (Bankfachwirt), a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in technical support and customer consulting, ideally within the financial sector
  • Extensive experience in online banking, EBICS, and eCash applications
  • Proven experience in handling customer complaints and technical analysis of payment transactions
  • Experience in the administration and quality testing of digital innovations such as voice or chatbots
