Job Summary
As an Electronics Technician or Technical Specialist at medl GmbH, you will play a critical role in driving the energy transition and digitalization in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Your daily responsibilities include the operation, expansion, and maintenance of Gas Pressure Regulating and Metering (GDRM) stations, including associated instrumentation and control (I&C) technology. You will act as a subject matter expert for pressure vessels and odorization systems, install data transmission equipment, and manage cathodic corrosion protection systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training, preferably as an Electrician or Electronics Technician, or qualification as a Certified Electrician (Elektrofachkraft).
Experience
- Professional experience in a technical field, preferably as an electrician or electronics technician
- Experience in Gas Pressure Regulating and Metering (GDRM) systems is highly desirable
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of pressure vessels and odorization systems
- Experience in coordinating and supervising external service providers
- Participation in on-call emergency response services
