Job Summary
As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the comprehensive administration, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations for clients. Your daily activities will include managing support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues—including telephony systems—and performing patch management. A significant portion of the role involves setting up and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams, SharePoint, and Office applications in both on-premise and cloud configurations. You will also participate in a rotating on-call schedule for the IT hotline approximately one week per month. This position is ideal for proactive professionals who enjoy technical problem-solving and are comfortable providing direct customer support. The role offers the stability of a permanent contract and the opportunity to actively contribute to process improvements within the IT department.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational IT training or equivalent professional knowledge in the IT field.
Experience
- Professional experience in supporting IT applications and infrastructure
- Practical experience with Windows Server and Windows Client environments
- Experience in managing Microsoft 365 and Office ecosystems
- Experience in independent support ticket processing and technical troubleshooting
Languages
Additional
- Driving license (Class B) is preferred. Must be willing to participate in a rotating on-call hotline schedule (Monday–Sunday, 06:00–22:00) approximately one week per month after initial onboarding.
