Job Summary
This role offers a permanent part-time position (29 hours per week) within a supportive, family-like work environment at AWO Vogtland. As an IT System Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for First-Level Support, where you will analyze, classify, and resolve technical disturbances via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Your daily responsibilities include user administration tasks such as password management, as well as the hands-on installation and configuration of PCs, notebooks, and peripheral hardware. Beyond basic support, you will assist in server and network technology and manage presentation media equipment. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience in the configuration and administration of Microsoft client systems
- Practical experience in hardware assembly, disassembly, and peripheral setup
- Experience in IT organization and structured problem-solving
