Job Summary
This role involves working as a specialized expert in a consultancy office based in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, near Munich. You will be responsible for the independent assessment of fire, water, and mold damage. Your day-to-day activities include visiting damage sites, taking samples, and conducting on-site investigations to determine the extent of damage. Based on your findings, you will draft comprehensive expert reports and develop detailed restoration and remediation proposals. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related Engineering field (e.g., Dipl.-Ing., Dipl.-Chemiker, or Geologe).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Experience in the hazardous substances or pollutant industry is highly advantageous
- Professional experience in independent damage assessment and reporting
- Experience in managing client relationships and professional consulting

- Unrestricted readiness for travel (primarily within Germany, but also internationally) is mandatory. High flexibility to adapt to different damage scenarios is required. Valid driver's license is implied for site visits.
