Job Summary

This role involves working as a specialized expert in a consultancy office based in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, near Munich. You will be responsible for the independent assessment of fire, water, and mold damage. Your day-to-day activities include visiting damage sites, taking samples, and conducting on-site investigations to determine the extent of damage. Based on your findings, you will draft comprehensive expert reports and develop detailed restoration and remediation proposals.
