This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing an established, owner-managed electrical engineering firm in the Stuttgart region. As Managing Director, you will hold full responsibility for the company's financial performance, liquidity, and sustainable growth. Your day-to-day activities involve managing the operational business, optimizing organizational processes, and expanding the service portfolio in future-oriented fields like building automation and photovoltaic solutions. You will lead an experienced team, manage regional client relationships, and ensure the technical and regulatory compliance of large-scale industrial and administrative projects. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering or alternatively a qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) specializing in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of leadership experience in the electrical trade, building technology, or electrical project business
- Proven track record in operational management within medium-sized business structures
- Experience in managing results, liquidity, and sustainable corporate development
- Professional experience in managing technical and regulatory requirements in engineering
- Experience in high-level project steering, including capacity, quality, and deadline management
