Job Summary

As a License Manager at CompuSafe Data Systems AG, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration, monitoring, and optimization of software licenses throughout their entire lifecycle. Your daily activities will involve handling operational tasks such as ticket processing and license allocation, while ensuring legal compliance for major vendors like Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, and SAP. You will play a critical role in quality assurance by maintaining inventory data and conducting audits to identify under- or over-licensing. Beyond operations, you will analyze license agreements to provide strategic recommendations, monitor budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities through usage pattern analysis. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy bridging the gap between technical IT assets and financial management. The position offers a stable environment within a long-standing IT service provider and is initially fixed-term until May 2027.
