Job Summary

As a Development Engineer specializing in Automation and Motion Technology at KHS, you will be at the forefront of designing high-performance cleaning and pasteurization systems for the global beverage and liquid food industry. Your day-to-day involves developing hardware and software solutions, designing innovative concepts for development projects, and establishing internal standards for servo and drive technology. You will play a pivotal role in introducing new control systems and coordinating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. This role is unique because it combines theoretical design—such as creating functional specifications and project planning—with hands-on testing at internal technical centers and supporting international commissioning. As a project leader, you will guide teams through the Product Development Process (PEP), ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.
