As a Technical Sales Support Specialist at SEDOTEC, you will play a pivotal role in bridging technical expertise with customer service excellence. Your daily responsibilities include providing technical support, planning customer orders within ERP and CRM systems, and coordinating order fulfillment across internal departments. You will be responsible for preparing digital quotes, tracking their progress, and maintaining master data while supporting the wider sales team with statistical evaluations. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training with a technical background, a degree in Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in inside sales or customer service
- Professional experience in a technical environment, ideally with an electrotechnical focus
- Proven experience in order processing and coordination with internal departments
- Experience working with CRM and ERP software systems
