Job Summary
This role involves providing direct, hands-on IT support to employees, focusing on ensuring stable IT services and efficient daily operations. The specialist will handle 1st and 2nd level support, including the installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT end devices such as PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices. Key responsibilities also include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network interface issues, managing user accounts and access rights, and assisting with IT rollouts and internal projects.
