As the Head of the Technical Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational safety of all technical systems and facilities within a food production environment. Your daily routine involves planning and implementing maintenance and repair measures, coordinating technical projects, and managing interfaces between production, purchasing, and quality assurance. You will lead a technical team and ensure strict compliance with legal regulations, environmental standards, and safety norms. Required Skills
Education
Master Electrician (Elektromeister), Industrial Master Technician (Industriemeister Technik), or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience

- Extensive experience in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or automation
- Proven experience in personnel management and team leadership
- Experience in managing technical projects and coordinating departmental interfaces
- Professional experience in handling technical documentation and modern IT systems
