As a Process Manager for the 'Becoming and Being a Customer' lifecycle at SENEC, you will take operational responsibility for end-to-end customer processes within a leading renewable energy solutions provider. Your daily activities will involve analyzing process costs, throughput times, and manual efforts to identify efficiency drivers and eliminate error sources. You will bridge the gap between business departments, IT, and management by creating detailed concepts for system adjustments and overseeing the rollout of new processes, including hyper-care support. Required Skills
