This role involves providing essential IT support and network maintenance for staff and students within a university services environment in Leipzig. On a day-to-day basis, you will handle first-level support via a ticketing system, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and configure workstations and operating systems. A significant part of the role includes assisting students in dormitories with internet connectivity and coordinating with external service providers for technical repairs. Required Skills
Education
