Job Summary

This role at PMPG involves leading digitalization projects and managing technical client onboarding within a professional services environment. You will be responsible for setting up 'Unternehmen Online' and various interfaces to third-party systems, while independently documenting and analyzing tax-relevant business processes. A significant part of your day-to-day work will involve creating procedural documentation (Verfahrensdokumentation) and preparing audit materials for tax and internal audits. You will act as a consultant to clients, often on-site, and provide internal training to colleagues. Required Skills

Experience

  • Professional experience in creating procedural documentation, process documentation, or compliance reports
  • Proven experience in technical client transfers and setting up digital interfaces
  • Experience in tax or legal documentation is highly desirable
  • Practical experience with documentation software and audit tools
  • Experience in providing individual client consulting and internal staff training
