Job Summary
As an SAP SuccessFactors Specialist at MANNDECKUNG GmbH in Stuttgart, you will be responsible for the continuous development and support of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, with a primary focus on the Employee Central module. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Informatics, or a commercial vocational training with relevant additional qualifications.
Experience
- Professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including customizing and permissions management
- Experience in at least one additional SuccessFactors module such as Recruiting or Time Management
- Practical experience in SAP HCM, specifically in Time Management, Payroll, and customizing
- Experience in system integration between SuccessFactors and other SAP systems
- Experience in analyzing and resolving system errors and conducting test activities
