Job Summary

This role involves working within a GMP-regulated environment at Axolabs, a leading CRO/CDMO specializing in RNA therapeutics. As a Laboratory Technician, your day-to-day activities will focus on the analysis of therapeutic nucleic acids using advanced HPLC and ESI/MS techniques. You will be responsible for sample preparation—including weighing, dissolving, and filtering—as well as performing purity and content determinations. Beyond technical analysis, you will document results in IT systems, maintain laboratory inventory, and participate in quality management (QM) development and process optimization.
