Job Summary

As the Head of Human Resources for the Unstrut-Hainich District Administration, you will lead the HR department in professional, personnel, organizational, and financial matters. This role is central to transforming the administration into a modern, service-oriented organization. Your daily activities will involve shaping strategic and operational HR work, driving the digitalization of administrative processes, and developing modern recruitment and personnel development concepts. You will act as a key advisor to management on labor law and civil service regulations, lead complex personnel discussions, and collaborate closely with the staff council and political committees. This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys managing change processes and wants to influence the organizational culture of a public sector employer.
