This role involves the organization and execution of soil and rock mechanics laboratory tests, as well as field testing on construction sites around the Karlsruhe area. You will be responsible for sampling soil, performing geotechnical evaluations, and coordinating laboratory and field activities closely with project managers. A key part of the position includes the maintenance of technical equipment and the evaluation of test results. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Construction Materials Tester, preferably specializing in Geotechnics/Soil.

Experience

  • Professional experience in construction materials testing or laboratory environments is desirable
  • Experience in performing and evaluating soil and rock mechanics laboratory and field tests
  • Experience in geotechnical soil sampling and assessment
  • Experience in coordinating technical workflows with project management

Languages

German (Intermediate)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Physical resilience for field work is necessary. Willingness to travel for field service within a 150 km radius of Weingarten (Baden).
