Job Summary

This role supports the sales management team of a leading international machinery and plant manufacturer, focusing on administrative tasks and customer interaction. The specialist will be responsible for creating offers, processing orders in collaboration with the sales force, and providing after-sales service to customers. Key duties also include organizing travel, meetings, and events, preparing statistics and presentations, and managing invoicing, deadlines, and payment receipts. The ideal candidate will have a commercial background, experience in internal sales or export customer consulting, and strong organizational and communication skills, particularly in an international context. Proficiency in Russian and ideally English is required, along with familiarity with MS Office and SAP.
