This role involves the technical planning and safety verification of railway infrastructure systems, specifically focusing on signals, switches, interlocking systems, and level crossings. As a Control and Safety Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for creating detailed planning documents and technical documentation while coordinating with clients and cross-functional project teams. A unique aspect of this position is the dual focus: acting as both a specialist planner and an assistant to the authorized inspection expert during plan and acceptance tests for DB InfraGO AG and non-federal railways. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Transport Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of control and safety technology (LST)
- Experience in creating planning documents such as site plans and technical documentation
- Experience in coordinating with clients and multi-disciplinary project participants
- Experience or willingness to assist in technical acceptance tests and inspections
