Job Summary
As a Civil Engineering Planner at FERCHAU Rosenheim, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and implementation of diverse civil engineering projects, including road construction, sewage systems, and pipeline networks. Your daily activities will span all HOAI performance phases (1-9), where you will create realistic project schedules while maintaining strict control over time, costs, and quality. You will utilize advanced technical tools like AutoCAD Civil3D, Vestra, and BIM applications to visualize projects and prepare technical tenders using AVA software such as Orca. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to coordinate with clients, specialized departments, authorities, and external partners. The position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract, flexible working hours through a flextime system, mobile work options, and a focus on innovative BIM-based planning methods within a supportive team environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g., Bachelor/Master).
Experience
- Professional experience in at least one HOAI performance phase for civil engineering projects
- Practical experience in creating technical tenders and documentation
- Proven experience in interdisciplinary project work involving various departments and public authorities
- Demonstrated proficiency in using specialized engineering software like AutoCAD Civil3D and Vestra
Languages
Additional
- Knowledge of current standards in road and sewer construction (e.g., VOB, DIN standards) is required. Must be able to work at the Rosenheim location with occasional mobile work.
