Job Summary
As a Quality Management Team Lead at UPM in Hagenow, you will spearhead the quality assurance efforts for a company dedicated to creating sustainable, fossil-free alternatives. Your daily responsibilities include leading a team of four professionals, overseeing quality laboratory operations, and managing the R&D engineering function. You will be responsible for the end-to-end quality lifecycle, from defining KPIs and monitoring quality data to managing customer complaints and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with production, procurement, and central R&D departments to foster a quality-conscious culture. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a relevant technical field; ideally a university degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or a similar field.
Experience
- Professional experience in a relevant technical field such as Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering
- Initial leadership experience or experience in the technical guidance of small teams is desirable
- Proven experience in system and process management
- Experience in managing internal and external audits
- Experience in analyzing quality data and implementing corrective actions
