Job Summary
As an IT Systems Specialist at Ypsomed's Schwerin production site, you will play a critical role in supporting the digital infrastructure of a rapidly growing medical technology company. Your daily responsibilities include commissioning new IT systems and production equipment as part of industrialization projects, ensuring the secure and efficient operation of information technology, and providing multi-level support across office, production, and SAP environments. You will collaborate closely with the corporate IT headquarters to develop local systems and document user requirements. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining audit readiness within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment and eventually taking ownership of Computer System Validation (CSV). This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a modern production facility with hybrid work options, contributing to life-changing medical solutions for chronic diseases like diabetes and cancer.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Information Technology, a degree in Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in Windows Client and Server operating systems
- Practical experience in Computer System Validation (CSV)
- Experience working within production IT environments
- Professional experience providing First, Second, and Third Level IT support
- Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) or audited environment
- Experience with SAP systems
