Job Summary
This role is situated at the University Hospital Ruppin Brandenburg (ukrb), a leading medical and research facility. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the hospital's talent acquisition strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve collaborating with various departments to define candidate profiles, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will identify and actively approach potential candidates, ensuring a professional candidate experience from initial contact to final hiring decisions. Beyond operational tasks, you will play a key role in optimizing recruitment processes and tools. Required Skills
Education
Degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Business/Economics, Psychology, or a comparable qualification with a focus on recruitment.
Experience
- Professional experience in personnel recruitment, active sourcing, sales, or HR-related project management
- Experience in developing and implementing target-group-specific sourcing strategies
- Proven track record in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from pre-selection to hiring
- Experience using digital recruitment tools and modern sourcing methods
