Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist to join a leading IT solutions provider in the E-Health sector, which is currently experiencing significant growth. The successful candidate will be a key member of the IT support team, providing 1st and 2nd level support to approximately 2000 Windows clients across Germany. Day-to-day tasks include remote assistance for IT users, application support for Microsoft and Office 365, and Cisco VoIP, as well as independently managing incidents and requests. The position requires strong technical skills in Windows 10 and Office 365, a service-oriented mindset, and excellent German language skills. This is an attractive opportunity for someone who enjoys implementing new ideas and taking on individual responsibilities within a dynamic team, with the added benefit of potential for professional development and home office flexibility.
