Job Summary
As an IT Systems Master Technician, you will serve as a versatile technical lead responsible for both hands-on hardware implementation and long-term strategic IT planning. Your day-to-day activities will involve building networks, configuring telephone systems, and installing software for a diverse client base, ranging from hotels to craft businesses. You will act as a 'firefighter' for urgent troubleshooting while also proposing sustainable improvements to client infrastructures, such as backup strategies and WLAN optimization. This role is highly autonomous, requiring you to work directly at customer sites or via remote support. The position is particularly attractive for those who enjoy a small, non-hierarchical team environment where structured working hours and flexible flextime are prioritized. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in IT problem-solving and technical support
- Practical experience in network and hardware installation is preferred
- Experience in autonomous project execution and customer communication
- Proven ability to handle flexible work environments and high-pressure situations
