Job Summary

This role involves leading safety-critical software development projects within an international engineering environment. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical projects, acting as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders. Your daily activities will include analyzing complex requirements, managing national and international teams of software developers and testers, and ensuring all project milestones are met. You will proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and continuously seek process improvements to exceed customer expectations. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical education (HTL, FH, University) in the field of Railway Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar. Project Management certification is considered an advantage.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience leading large-scale technical projects
  • Proven experience in managing software developers and software testers
  • Experience in the implementation of development projects for safety-critical systems is preferred
  • Background in railway technology, computer science, or telecommunications
