Job Summary
This role within the Brandenburg State Office for Social Affairs and Welfare (LASV) focuses on the strategic development and oversight of programs designed to integrate individuals with severe disabilities into the workforce. Based in Cottbus, you will be responsible for developing model projects, steering procurement processes, and monitoring the implementation of grant audits. A significant portion of the role involves IT coordination for specialized social welfare software and the advancement of reporting systems to track the effectiveness of integration efforts. You will also provide technical preparation for advisory committee meetings. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys working at the intersection of public administration, law, and social welfare. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Master's level or equivalent) in Administrative Sciences, Law, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration is highly desirable
- Experience in the technical guidance or leadership of small teams is preferred
- Proven experience in strategy development and controlling processes
- Experience with legal frameworks, specifically SGB IX and disability compensation regulations
- Professional experience in managing procurement and audit procedures
