Job Summary

As an NDT Technician Level II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of pressure equipment. Your daily responsibilities involve performing and documenting non-destructive tests on weld seams using various methods including Radiographic (RT), Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Penetrant (PT), and Visual Testing (VT). You will be responsible for evaluating and assessing test results against strict quality and safety standards. Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a key point of contact for customer inspectors during audits and collaborate closely with acceptance inspectors for tasks such as RT film evaluation. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented technical professional who thrives in a quality-critical environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Materials Tester (Werkstoffprüfer) or a comparable technical qualification. Mandatory Level 2 certification according to DIN EN ISO 9712 in RT, UT, MT, PT, and VT methods.

Experience

  • Professional experience in non-destructive materials testing
  • Experience in evaluating and assessing test results according to quality and safety requirements
  • Experience in supporting customer and acceptance inspectors during testing processes
  • Experience working with pressure equipment regulations and standards
