Job Summary
This role at the European Education Center for the Housing and Real Estate Industry (EBZ) in Bochum focuses on shaping the future of professional development within the real estate sector. As a (Senior) Education Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of educational formats, including planning, organizing, and personally conducting seminars and workshops both in-person and at various locations. You will act as a strategic consultant for key accounts, analyzing client needs to develop bespoke organizational and personnel development solutions. A core part of the role involves identifying industry trends to create innovative learning products and managing a network of external trainers and consultants. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of conceptual product development and hands-on training delivery. Required Skills
Education
University degree (e.g., Adult Education, Social Sciences, Business Psychology, Business Administration) or a completed vocational training with relevant additional qualifications and practical experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in adult education, ideally as a trainer, education officer, coach, or consultant
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning formats
- Proven experience in customer consulting and communication
- Ideally, industry knowledge of the housing and real estate sector or related fields
- Experience in managing external service providers and building trainer networks
