Job Summary
This role involves supporting the development and expansion of the newly founded Lusatia Medical University – Carl Thiem (MUL-CT) in Cottbus. Working within a nine-person interdisciplinary team at the Ministry of Science, Research, and Culture, you will focus on the critical areas of financing and construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing business plans, annual financial statements, and investment documents to prepare for supervisory board and committee meetings. You will also play a key role in budget planning and securing state subsidies, acting as a primary contact for the university and financing institutions. This position is particularly attractive for those looking to shape a major regional medical infrastructure project from its inception. Required Skills
Education
University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or a construction-related field with a focus on business management.
Experience
