Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Technician for the Diocese of Augsburg, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical support of over 1,000 locations across the diocesan territory. Your daily activities involve the physical setup, assembly, and repair of IT hardware, alongside maintaining detailed documentation and inventory records. You will act as a primary point of contact for users, providing 1st and 2nd level support, conducting brief technical orientations, and organizing specialized training sessions. Beyond hardware maintenance, you will manage external service providers and contribute to ongoing IT projects.
