As a Lead Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the holistic management of technically demanding plant engineering projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from the initial contract phase to final customer acceptance. Your day-to-day activities involve managing budgets, schedules, and quality standards while ensuring economic project goals and cash flows are maintained. You will lead contract negotiations, manage claims and risks, and coordinate between internal technical departments and external stakeholders. A significant portion of the role includes guiding project engineers and developing technical solutions during Engineering and FEED phases. This position is ideal for a professional looking to combine technical expertise with commercial leadership in a dynamic environment. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable technical field of study).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in project management for complex energy or industrial plants
  • Proven track record in managing technical and commercial project processes
  • Experience in leading contract negotiations and managing project risks
  • Professional experience in the technical guidance of project engineers
