This role offers an exciting opportunity for an IT Rollout and Support Technician to join a growing team immediately. The successful candidate will be a key player in the 1st and 2nd level IT support, providing remote assistance to IT users across Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting approximately 2000 Windows 10 clients, providing application support for Microsoft and Office 365, and managing Cisco VoIP systems. The position requires independent handling of IT incidents and requests, meticulous documentation in a ticketing system, and active participation in IT administration, installation, and central software distribution.
