Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at Stiftung Lebenshilfe Südholstein, you will play a vital role in maintaining the digital infrastructure that supports people with disabilities. Your daily activities will involve professional problem analysis, setting up workstations, and managing service requests through a ticket system. You will provide telephone user support, manage mobile devices, and create technical documentation. Additionally, you will contribute to exciting IT projects such as WLAN expansion and the implementation of Microsoft 365. Required Skills
Education

- Professional experience in IT support or a medium-sized IT environment
- Experience in setting up and maintaining workstations
- Experience in handling service requests and user support
- Experience with Microsoft 365 environments
