Job Summary
As the Head of Human Resources for the Municipality of Eichenau, you will lead a team of seven employees overseeing personnel support, courier services, and archives. Your daily responsibilities involve the professional and organizational management of the HR department, including the preparation of service agreements, job evaluations, and organizational charts. You will be responsible for strategic personnel planning, budget management, and the recruitment of salaried employees, civil servants, and trainees. Required Skills
Education
Administrative Specialist (BL II), or a university degree in Administrative Sciences, Public Management, Business Administration, HR Management, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in human resources, preferably within the municipal public sector
- Initial experience in leadership or the functional management of employees is desirable
- Proven experience in handling labor, collective bargaining, and administrative law
- Experience in personnel organization, including job descriptions and staffing assessments
