Job Summary

As a Problem Manager and Analysis Expert within the Vehicle Programming team, you will be responsible for the expert analysis and management of all error tickets related to vehicle programming for current service packs. Your day-to-day involves organizing and moderating cross-departmental error resolution meetings, providing expert-level support for fault analysis, and ensuring the accurate representation of the defect landscape within management tools. You will play a critical role in tracking and driving the resolution of prioritized errors while reporting progress to module and project circles. This position is ideal for those with a strong background in automotive electrical/electronic systems and bus communication.
