As the Team Lead for Energy Service Technicians, you will spearhead a field service unit of up to 20 technicians operating in the Hamburg or Bremen regions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve a blend of remote management and on-site field support, where you will conduct performance reviews, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage escalations. You will play a pivotal role in employee development by accompanying technicians to customer sites to ensure high quality and technical standards.
