Job Summary
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and dimensioning of control solutions tailored to specific customer requirements. Your daily tasks involve creating circuit diagrams and technical lists using EPLAN P8, managing bills of materials within the ERP system, and defining technical specifications for purchased components. You will play a key role in hazard analysis and risk assessment while ensuring all designs comply with national and international electrical engineering standards. This position is highly collaborative, requiring regular communication with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to support technical documentation. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Engineering, preferably specializing in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics; or comparable qualification such as a state-certified technician (Technikerausbildung).
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical design and engineering
- Practical experience with E-CAD systems, specifically EPLAN P8
- Demonstrated experience in the development of control solutions for machinery and plants
- Experience in creating and managing technical lists and bills of materials
- Proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
