Job Summary
As a Production Planner, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design and manufacturing. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve creating time and quantity frameworks based on work packages, establishing manufacturing structures, and maintaining master data. You will be responsible for converting engineering bills of materials (BOMs) into production BOMs and creating detailed work plans. Collaboration is key, as you will advise on equipment procurement and participate in coordination meetings with departments such as R&D, Purchasing, and Material Management. This role also involves making strategic 'make-or-buy' decisions to optimize production efficiency. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable vocational qualification.
